SUPIMA GARMENT DYED PIQUE POLO

$135

The Story
The legendary history of the polo shirt begins in India, but the modern version of this classic menswear staple has its roots in our homeland of France. Today the polo shirt continues to be one of the most popular and versatile shirts in the world. Our garment dye polo takes its inspiration from the original French version; but like all of our modern takes on Preppy classics, it is the details that set ours apart.

Those details start with the collar. Made from the same pique fabric as the body of the shirt, this presents not only a cleaner look than the ribbed version on so many other brands, but also prevents dreaded collar curl. The Crémieux version also comes with a slightly extended three button placket (instead of the standard two), and our brand shield subtly situated on the lower left hip instead of the chest: subtle design elements that together present a more interesting, contemporary take on the well-known classic.

Intended to be worn untucked showing the tennis tail for the ultimate in casual cool. Or tuck it in and pair with our Grimaud 5 Pocket Stretch Cotton Pants and the ever-appropriate Hopsack Blazer for dressier occasions. Perfect in every sense.
